The hotel is located on the first line, there is a swimming pool and access to the sea. However, do not expect a full-fledged beach here, there is none as such.
The sea itself is shallow, you need to go 200-250 m deep to swim properly.
The hotel itself is small, but it has a lot of greenery, and there is a small cafe on site where breakfast is served. As a plus, I can highlight the lack of attempts to inflate prices in cafes, which is often found in such hotels on Koh Samui.

It was very pretty , nice surroundings everything was clean and well looked after . Great that it has 2 pool areas, both really nice. Private beach really pretty.
I loved the welcome drinks & that they helped you to room with luggage / lift on the buggy. Breakfast was nice, it was good that they had the eggs menu separately & some of it was really good food ..& the free teas/ coffees were such a nice touch. The rooms were nice & lovely touches in rooms too, the essential oils/ candles were so lovely to come home to, so please continue this! The view from our room was stunning. The gym was nice & AC good.

The location is very central Lamai Beach Resort. Normally hotels in this area suffer noise but Baan Pitcha is located in an area quite sheltered from the nightlife noise pollution and it's easy to get a peaceful night's sleep. You can park outside the rooms and there is a rather lively little garden within the complex with an evening frog chorus for your pleasure!
Pi3 Beach Resort is perfectly located to enjoy all the amenities of Lamai. The relaxed beach location makes it a great location to spend your days and evenings. Yet if you are looking to head to the center to enjoy the nightlife or one of the many great restaurants it's all within walking distance.
The rooms are amazing and comfortable. The whole Spa Resort Team were absolutely courteous and always super helpful and friendly.
We can really recommend the cooking classes and in general the inhouse Radiance Restaurant with its amazing Team.

Superb stay for our honeymoon, staff were attentive and looked after us extremely well. Some have commented on the location but we felt for a short stay the resort offers a tranquil environment with breathtaking views, the trade off being that you are on top of a large steep hill. Jumpee was a beautiful villa and we really enjoyed the luxury of having our own swimming pool and outdoor spa bath.
Pi3 Beach Resort offers an unique location right in front of a beautiful and less crowded beach. On the weekends the locals play volleyball and any guest will have an easy time to socialize and get to play. The Staff Oguz and Murat are always willing to help and to have a nice chat so that an unforgettable stay in ensured :)
The resort is absolutely beautiful. There are some rooms upstairs, which we got, and they are a bit more private than the rooms next to the pool. The whole aesthetic of the room was stunning. We made use of the gym as well. The pool and beach were beautiful as was the view. The beds were amazing. The price was very very reasonable for the luxury you got. Last but not least, the staff was very nice. Especially the man at the restaurant was very polite and nice. Amazing food!
