Nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location, decent value for money. Facilities were fairly well-maintained compared to others in the area. The hotel was right on the beachfront and the beach was lovely. Very clean and not too busy. Hotel was walkable to a small shop and some restaurants. The staff arranged a taxi for us to go rent a motorbike near the pier.

the location is fantastic, the property itself is fantastic for families with children , less for couples that are looking to have some quiet time or listen to their music, the beachfront rooms are absolutely few meters from entering the amazing Andaman Sea, the crew is doing their best to help you. Ryan the assistant manager is amazing and can help you with whatever you need. the internet was very poor in the rooms and not always available in the restaurant. the food was in general good I fell in love with the Burmese salad. even it wasn't always quiet, I succeeded in finishing a script I wrote

We stayed in one of the aircon bungalows. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The resort had lots of spaces to sit and chill right on the beach. The kayaks were free to use at any time. The food and drinks we had were great and very reasonably priced. The bar is open till around 9ish but you can sit outside and chill even after the bar is closed. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again 🥰
Beautiful old garden with lots of big trees and shade. Beautiful, very long beach for surfing, walking and swimming with practically zero trash. The most important about this resort is the family feeling and the very friendly staff from owner to cleaning staff - everybody is exceptionally friendly. Fresh fish is amazing at the restaurant. Many people come back here regularly because JJ and his team make you feel at ease. Nice shaded terrace with table and lounge bed for private time.
The staff were very helpful and both the owners/managers as well. The little restaurant on site does great food too, and is reasonably priced.
Location is Everything and this place has it, that is the majority of the units have a direct view of the beach and at night, one can lay in bed and hear the waves crash on the beach.
The general location of the resort is not too far from several stores and restaurants, which makes it easier if you do not have a scooter.
This is a lovely little resort on a beautiful beach. The view bungalows was spacious with a nice deck. This is not a party area so evenings were quiet.
I really enjoied stay in Palm Beach resort. It was on nice, quite place with view on the see. Owner was really friendly, helpful and smily person (he speak English and German). Thank you!
I have stayed in many places on Koh Phayam and have concluded this is the best. This was my second stay. The location is very central, you will need a motorbike but they are easy to hire and the island is very safe to ride around (no cars). For Phayam the rooms are high end, not five stars but luxury compared to pretty much all the offerings available, with A/C and hot water. The staff are friendly and attentive, a real asset to the resort. The food is also really good, with a mix of Thai and Western.
