We had the standalone family bungalow for two of us and it was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. Fresh fruit was given every day which was a lovely touch.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful jungle, the room is lovely we had a fan and it was surprisingly nice and cool; and the bed is so comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with fresh fruit, yogurt and choice of eggs and toast, coffee, tea etc. The ladies that run this place are very helpful and accommodating:)

Lovely staff very helpful, help book whatever you need. a little walk away from town, or you can rent scooter from property. Room with fan takes a while to cool down but with the windows and door open gets cool quicker:)

We loved our stay here. It is one of the quietest locations on the island, and the six bungalows are well spaced out in a beautifully planned mature garden with plenty of bird life. The mangroves mean any noise from the longtail boats is muffled, which can be quite a nuisance on other parts of the island. It's still only a 20 minute walk or 5-minute scooter/tuktuk ride to Charlie Beach, and the same distance from the main town and restaurants - and there are other bars and restaurants even closer. The restaurant on-site makes one of the best green curries we had in Thailand, and the staff are lovely. There are free bicycles guests can borrow to pedal into town, or hire a scooter through reception. We stayed a week and wished we could have stayed two.

Fantastic resort, bungalow right on the white sandy beach, super helpful staff, even came in when dining to fit the mosquito nets. Food/breakfast in restaurant very nice. Stayed off season, so very quiet.
Beautiful Island!!
For a small island, the bungalows are surprisingly comfortable and clean and the breakfast is also impressive considering that you are on a small island. The resort is in a prime location on a wonderful beach. The German hotel manager is always available to answer any questions you may have about Koh Mook. The resort is definitely the best choice if you are in Koh Mook.

The Garden Beach Resort has one of the biggest pools of the entire island. The experience of staying the night in a classic wooden, fan-cooled bungalo on the edge of the jungle was extremely exciting – different loud nature noises let our imaginations run wild.
Overall, our stay was delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and the breakfast was generous. We really enjoyed the vibe at this beach resort!
Our stay at Koh Mook Garden Resort was the highlight of our 3 week vacation, where we stayed at 5 different places.
What made this place so special was not that it had the best rooms, food, biggest pool, but the family running out. And this is that kind of experience that will stick with you and that you will remember for a long time. They are so friendly and helpful that it feels like a home being there. Also very kids-friendly!
Very close to the pier and near the best beach on Koh Mook (Sivalai Beach). Convenient for almost all the restaurants. If you are planning to visit Koh Mook and you can't afford Sivalai Beach Resort, then you should stay here. The owner could not have been more helpful and gave us fresh fruit every day. Very comfortable bed with 4 comfortable pillows. Lovely view of the garden.
