I was visiting Hat Yai on a business trip and wanted accommodation that was close enough to the factory but not too close.
This place was way beyond my expectations. It's a short walk from a 7 eleven, has a pool (that I was too tired to use), the rooms are massive and I had a balcony for mine. The staff are beyond friendly and helped me out a few times. Hopefully my company will send me to Hat Yai again and I'd definitely book this place!

I would like to commend the exemplary service provided by the staff at the counter. Their warm hospitality was seen from the moment I arrived, as they greeted me in my native language and graciously offered complimentary drinks. Such attention is usually associated with luxury establishments, yet I experienced it here. Despite being situated on the third floor without an elevator, the comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. Additionally, all facilities provided were satisfactory, contributing to a pleasant overall experience
My child is free to play because it is in the resort area, there is no need to worry about cars because it is far from the main road, it is easy to get a tuktuk, the child likes to play with the birds, I like it, there are grocery stores and restaurants just a walk away
We liked the interior design of the accommodation. It's very modern and suitable for backpackers, it's definitely a luxury. The common space is well designed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Replies promptly.
1. The rest area in the center of the city should be convenient for transportation and eating.
2. The dorm room is clean and quiet with a safe closet. There's plenty of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom area.
3. There are a lot of nice coffee shops and good restaurants around the resort.
