Loved our stay here due to the peace and quiet of the area. Hotel was peaceful. Enjoyable breakfast selection from their menu, nice drinks by the pool with views of the beach. Room with its pool and spa bath was spacious eithe everything you’d need. Service was attentive and friendly, be sure to try the romantic dinner on the beach for a memorable experience. We also had a soothing spa treatment for two hours with massage and facial and booked the half day private tour to James Bond Island and the surrounding areas.

The hotel is in a lovely location which is away from everything. It allows you to simply relax and not think about noise, tourists or hassle.
The hotel has its own beach front which is kept very clean and good for either a pool swim or sea swim.

The view took our breath away when we entered the room. What a stunning place. Beautiful scenary. The rooms were very comfortable and the cafe at the top was good quality, everything we tried was amazing.

Hotel setting and surroundings are beautiful and the design/layout is very relaxing. The villa's are very well equipped and an oasis of calm if you just want to relax in your room.
Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Genuinely looking to improve your stay. We had an issue one morning caused by the hotel but the manager found us later on and apologised and sorted everything out, including some complimentary items - he completely defused the issue. The retention rates for staff is very high at the hotel and it's clear the staff enjoy working there.
Food was really very good. Three varied restaurants with very good food. The Treehouse (Japanese) was excellent, but book in advance.
The hotel may seem pricey at the outset but it's worth it. There is a reason why there are virtually no bad reviews.

We were upgraded to a very nice room, the entrance hall is open and welcoming, pool area pleasant, staff in the Thai restaurant were execellent and the breakfast buffet was great

We visited the Santhiya resort with our family (Two teenage children), and another family. All of us were blown away by the hotel’s Gorgeous landscaping and design. The villas were so beautiful, with exquisite woodwork in every room and beautiful scenery and swimming pools. The breakfasts were delicious, and the environment was relaxing and inspiring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too
An amazing resort, the architecture is amazing, with a huge 60m pool and fantastic dining. Lovely to stay somewhere that feels so authentically thai. The facilities are excellent and the people so friendly and helpful. A great place to relax. In a quiet area so best to have a scooter/car to get around if you’re there a long time, or just stay put and enjoy !
We loved the facilities - pool area was lovely and clean and so was the beach (be surprised how some of the places didn't keep their private beach clean and tidy but Natai Beach Resort kept it great).
We had a go at everything - the kayaking, paddle boarding, table tennis (all of which was included).
There was probably a gym but we didn't go looking for that.
