Stayed here for 3 nights as our first stop in Thailand and I don’t think any of our other hotels will top this one.
The layout and aesthetic of the resort is brilliant. The photos do not do the resort or the rooms justice. Everything was kept pristine, cannot fault anything about the rooms.
We only ate breakfast in the main restaurant, so cannot comment on the lunches or dinners, but the quality and range of food was also 5 star worthy. The food and drinks from the pool bars were also top tier.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were always friendly and attentive. Again, definitely 5 star service.
The resort is a short 5-10 minute walk down a slight hill to Karon beach and the main Karon strip. Taxis to Patong were only 450 Baht (Cheaper for anywhere closer to the resort)
Would 100% recommend.

Relaxing resort-style hotel located a short walk from Kata / Karon beaches. Great swimming pool options with varying depths (starting from toddler paddling pool), a slide and some random floatie toys. Really nice staff that seems genuine (and not just waiting to be tipped). Spacious rooms with pleasant décor; clean and functional enough. Very good breakfast with a selection of both oriental and western dishes. Strong wifi that reaches almost anywhere in hotel grounds. Night market and restaurants nearby.

First impressions were good, very pretty and it felt authentic and very different to the surroundings of Karon Beach which is very lively, the Village Resort is a peaceful oasis. We had a pool access room which was lovely. Enjoyed watching the birds, lots of vegetation and trees so birdlife is plenty. The porters and security staff were excellent, quick to assist.
The uniquely designed Venice-style Access Resort in Phuket is well located, only a 10-minute walk or 3-minute ride from the beautiful Karon Beach.

We loved staying at Access resort in Karon. Having pool access in the heat was a real luxury. We even swam at night to cool ourselves down. The main pools close at 8, however you have free access to your own pool which was lovely and quiet, and lit up until around 10pm. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Parts of the hotel appeared a little dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the swim up bar and could order food here which we enjoyed eating while sat in the pool.
We had an amazing experience during our stay at Karon Phunaka Beach Resort. The view from our room was simply magnificent, and the spacious room with a balcony allowed us to fully enjoy it. The resort had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional staff, especially Toon. He is genuinely one of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of meeting. His warm and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of hospitality to our visit.
We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Holiday Village and Natural Garden Resort. The hotel has everything you need and more. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is one of the best you can find for this money. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will come back here in the future.
A great resort to chill and swim. We made use of their pools (they have 5) quite a lot and loved every bit. Located on a hill, you'll have to climb up and down to come and go from your room or take their shuttles instead. Wonderful views from the room. Great comfort and luxury. The in-room dining is great too and priced reasonably.

They are located close to the pristine Karon beach - the less crowded wonder vs Patong, loved it.
