I have to say that the overall experience was good. The staff is friendly but very limited to 1 or 2 people who speak English. The place is really well maintained and you will see that they take care of the animals on an ethical manner.

Nothing much that was positive stood out. Simple room with a bed. At the very least, the shower was hot with decent water pressure. The menu was terribly overpriced but this is due to it's location near Doin Inthanon I believe. They had a pool but we did not see that so I cannot comment on it.

The bungalows are big and clean. The kitchen was open for breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. The owners are wonderful and kind people. They picked us up from a nearby resort for our stay and coordinated our scooter and vehicle rentals as well as our taxi back into Chiang Mai.
