Great little oasis, lovely staff and a great pool close to everything
Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. From my first day booking in when Craig and his team were extremely helpful, to feeling like I was always welcome to ask for anything. From directions, restaurant recommendations (not that I had to go anywhere often as the resorts restaurant is awesome with an extensive menu) and in-room requests, nothing was an issue. The facilities are amazing and I will stay again without hesitation. Thank you Craig, Eve and the team.

It took a bit of searching to actually locate the resort, but once found it was fabulous. The Hideaway is almost new and there is not a scratch yet. The pool is exceptional as is the restaurant that overlooks the pool. There are cabanas for those guests that prefer to be in the shade while enjoying the atmosphere of the pool. The owner was very helpful when I asked questions. I'd rate The Hideaway as the best accommodation in Ban Chang.
