One of the most unique properties I’ve ever stayed in! It’s not for everyone. There’s the immediate location which although I came to like, getting there in the middle of the night was..let just say a bit of a challenge. That said the staff picked up the phone when I called at 1:30AM! And came to greet me and my cab and took me to the hotel via motorbike (in two trips). The design of the room was like having your own triplex apartment (if you count the roof deck). As everyone has said, the stairs are a challenge and because I was only there for two nights, I left my suitcase on the first floor. Amazing shower! Fantastic outdoor space and jungle feeling. Comfortable bedding, water pressure etc. awesome roof deck lounge and you can listen to the what’s sounds like sound effect pumped in from a jungle movie.. loved it! Overall, very chic design.

There are hotels, that you like and there are hotels to which you want to come back again. U Sathorn is definitely a place that I would love to visit again.
Warming welcoming vibe from the team that does not feel forced or extra. Waking up with the rays of morning sun and birds' songs was what I needed. Birds and a cat really make you forget where you are , and remind you that we are part of nature after all.
You can see signs of property aging here and there, but it adds to the cozy homey charm honestly, and the way everything is thought of and every detail makes sense, it all creates luxurious experiences. Superb experience, thank you!

All the staff were super friendly and they spoke a very good English, which saved our nerves cells indeed. Wonderful and so rich in variety of food breakfast and brunch. Surely, will come to the resort.
Great place for a two day layover in BKK without plans of going into the city. It's hard to find accommodation for a family of five, but the two bedroom apartment was very spacious and worked just fine. The breakfast buffet was good, and we even got a packed breakfast box on our early departure to the airport. Grab drivers come to the resort and take you to nearby malls, etc, for reasonable rates. There's a scheduled free airport shuttle, which is great. Huge value for very little money.
The whole experience of staying at the hotel was fantastic.
Staff - every single member of staff were very polite, attentive and very helpful.
Food - The food was great, we had breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel and could not fault it.
Room - The rooms were lovely, very clean, spacious and nice views
Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a bit of luxury whilst visiting Thailand.
The resort was excellent in general. The food quality was excellent and very well priced. Staff were very professional, speaking good English and very keen to help guests. The gym was well equipped for a resort having all the basic (good quality and relatively new) equipment. The room was brilliant, very large, most clean and well furnished.

the grounds and pools are most attractive,
in August it was quiet and most enjoyable.

15-20 minutes from airport in a beautiful golf resort setting. very spacious. free shuttle to and from airport. just stayed one night while in transit.
This is a golf resort & hotel close to the airport. That's the main reason we stayed. Obviously its far away from Bangkok centre, which is exactly what we wanted. As we had an early flight the next day. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport which was perfect for us.
I've stayed in other Meridian hotels around the world so I knew what to expect from the chain hotel.
Pool & outside area, maintained well.
A beautiful resort, but it is far from services such as a supermarket, for example. It is also far from public transportation for breakfast and the restaurant. It is less than normal and misses a lot. As for the reception staff, they are very generous with the reception, but those responsible for them lose the package and do not improve dealing with guests as if they are forced to work as It's not allowed to roam around the resort for me I'm not thinking of staying at the resort again
