So quiet and secluded. The owner was lovely, driving us wherever we needed to go at any time. He took all the guests to breakfast in the morning (they don’t offer it on site in off season) on their own schedules, so he was a really hard working and personable host. The place is well maintained and has comfy loungers on a private stretch of a quiet beach. The pool is surprisingly deep, drinks good, and food tasty.

Staff at breakfast service and check out was excellent, kind and lovely. Very very sweet lady (I think “Ta”) took care of my friend and I and was patient when I practised my Thai language, and offered great advice for onward driving/travel plans. Very good breakfast with lots of options and lovely view. Room had good kitchen area with coffee supplies, decent hot water and provided towels for both room and beach. Clean.

The whole area is very comfortable and lush, the room was very dark but the setting was loverly, very close to the beach and some great places to eat out.
Amazing shells on the beach and had a wonderful Thai massage whilst here. Highly recommend this. Pool is great

We had been here before almost a year ago and were very pleasantly surprised that almost a year later, the maintenance standards of the villas and the grounds were quite good and there were no unpleasant surprises.
Wis Resort is a basic, no frills resort, but with very nice accommodations, great staff, very nice owner, beautiful beach and a perfect location for peace and quiet. Not super fancy, but very pleasant.
Do not expect a fancy 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles. Wis is a very solid choice providing all the basics and essentials with a very good level of quality and cleanliness in all areas.

The hotel’s location is perfect for relaxing . The resort is nearby the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for walks or sunset views. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My room was tastefully decorated with beach-themed decor, it such an amazing place to visit. The resort’s amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend it for a relaxing beach gateway.
Beautiful little resort right at the beach. Very recommendable. Super relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Good bar and restaurant and the menu was both European and Thai. Try the jalopeno poppers! The owner was very helpful. He drove us to the village on departure day, where we had to catch a bus. Also I twisted my ankle and he went to the farmacie to get me a brace. (Thank you again!) We did the pink dolphin tour and saw a lot of them!
Lovely resort with outdoors vibe. Love the pool and surrounding chairs and even hammock. Great that they even provide a washing machine for guests. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The owners are great and went out of their way to arrange transport for us into town to pack food, as we arrived late at night in bad weather and the kitchen had already closed.
The beach is just beautiful and the resort is quite new. The room we had was with balcony and pool access, great pool). The dining was excellent, with great Thai food (there is also an International selection). The breakfast was ok, but too many UPFs for my liking. This area has really gone upmarket, rural and quiet certainly not the place if you are looking for nightlife!! But there are local restaurants in the vicinity.

This place reminded me of SE Asia 20 years ago. Just a really cool, beach resort. Friendly staff , great location and wonderful food and drinks. Would record to anyone who want a great place to chill by the beach without all the concrete and sterile feeling of the new resorts. This place is bamboo , beach and smiles.
