The dinner we had on our first night at the resort was nice. The staff on the night were over-stretched but made the best of it.

I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and loving. It was quiet and no one bothered you. Daily housekeeping was wonderful. No children really quiet. The shuttle driver Garry was really nice. Wenie and Suzanna were very friendly. Suzanna offered us a rum punch and a cold towel when we arrived. My husband doesn't drink so she had a virgin punch waiting. She was very sweet and even took us to the grocery store. There is an IGA driving distance.
Remember there is a shuttle from the resort to the beach and to the sister property Kokomo. Breakfast at Kokomo is wonderful.

Would highly recommend the pontoon boat tour that they offer. It was a great experience and the captain was very knowledgeable and made it fun.

The beach is amazing, the food very good for choice and quality. The premises are well kept and spectacular, including the pools. There is a variety of things to do so even 2 weeks spent there will not get you bored. We were in the Caribbean village and were happy as it was the quietest and you could still do anything you wanted in the other villages.
Rooms are generally spacious (at least in the Caribbean village) with up to 2 balconies but be careful: the oceanfront ones are sold on Booking.com with a picture showing a view of the ocean when there is none (oceanfront is basically pool/palms view).

Very nice and serene resort. Close to all our target points. We rented a car and were able to get anywhere on the island within 10-15 min. 10 min from the airport. The hosts, Suzanna and Wenie went above and beyond making us feel amazing during our stay. From helping with car rental to excursion booking and providing tons of info about the island, best sunset places, where to eat best and handing out beach chairs Suzanna did everything to make us feel great. Thank you both for making our very short vacation perfect.
The property was very easy to book. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and the washer and dryer was very useful. The view is beautiful and the property has amazing swimming pools and fitness center. The property owner was very helpful and easy to contact. I will definitely be coming back to this resort and recommend anyone who is coming to Providenciales to stay here.
Suzanna and her team were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The property itself is great, very clean, very peaceful. I was really impressed by how modern and large my room was and all the amenities included. The resort itself is spa-like and very relaxing. I definitely plan on returning
The staff was amazing! This hotel makes you feel at comfort and gives you a bougie resort vibe without it being a resort. Loved my entire stay there, especially our huge balcony where I loved spending my time making content for my page. Will definitely book with them again if we decide to come back to Turks.

Very peaceful experience. The resort itself was very picturesque. Suzanna was extremely helpful and present whenever you needed her. Honestly, great hospitality. Can’t wait to go back again!!
The Kokomo pool area is beautiful and relaxing. I love the stone and garden walkways to the pool area. Winnie was exceptional and was able to answer my questions about the resort and other area attractions. I rented a car and I was able to go to several recommended outstanding restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrellas were priceless and made my daily beach visits perfect.
Wenie was amazing. The property was just what we needed for a quiet, romantic, relaxing, getaway. The resort is not on the water but they do provide transportation to the beach. Close to a grocery store and a great pizza/wing place. The phone they give you to use during your stay is perfect. Programmed with everyone you need to know to get around the island.
The resort was very clean and nicely maintained.Although we didn’t make so much use of it as we going to different beaches every day .
