I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and loving. It was quiet and no one bothered you. Daily housekeeping was wonderful. No children really quiet. The shuttle driver Garry was really nice. Wenie and Suzanna were very friendly. Suzanna offered us a rum punch and a cold towel when we arrived. My husband doesn't drink so she had a virgin punch waiting. She was very sweet and even took us to the grocery store. There is an IGA driving distance.
Remember there is a shuttle from the resort to the beach and to the sister property Kokomo. Breakfast at Kokomo is wonderful.

The beach is amazing, the food very good for choice and quality. The premises are well kept and spectacular, including the pools. There is a variety of things to do so even 2 weeks spent there will not get you bored. We were in the Caribbean village and were happy as it was the quietest and you could still do anything you wanted in the other villages.
Rooms are generally spacious (at least in the Caribbean village) with up to 2 balconies but be careful: the oceanfront ones are sold on Booking.com with a picture showing a view of the ocean when there is none (oceanfront is basically pool/palms view).

Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
Very friendly staff! The bungalow was absolutely phenomenal. We went with our three children 5, 7 and 8 yo and they loved it. They had their own room, bunk beds. Netflix when we had down time. Kayaks for free use (not the clear ones). I can’t say enough great things about this property. This is a more local scene. Not all inclusive. Highly recommend if you want a low key vacation!
Neptune Villas was a wonderful place to stay on TCI. It was away from the crazy busy resort area of Grace Bay which meant it was peaceful for a relaxing vacation but with plenty to do. Having the Kayaks available to use on Chalk Sound every day and the gorgeous Sapodilla beach across the street was amazing. The restaurant, Las Brisas was wonderful as well. Good food AND amazing view. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
This little resort is a gem! I almost didn't want to review it and let the secret be known! Big, beautiful, fully serviced villas, steps away from a large public beach and 2 small private beaches, a great on site restaurant that makes all food to order. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. It was an absolute slice of paradise and I will be back! Shout out to Rachel and Burt for being such gracious hosts.
