The owner is really kind, the appartman is nicely furnitured and equipped, also in a modern way. The resort is at higher from the beach, that is compensated by the beautiful view on the sea 😊. You can get to Portoroz Center or to Piran via car/+bus or with a bit of walk along the cost.
A luxury apartment a few roads back from the beach and centre of town. Both bedrooms were great and the whole place was really well kitted out and designed. Loads of storage; a huge flat screen TV; great aircon; lovely bathrooms and a quiet location with its own grounds.
Trully amazing idea, to build hous boad with extraordinary and pretty spacious interior design with in marina full of luxury yachts. Everything is just like on pistures, we also got welcome package full of needful stuff.
Acommodation and location I can only recommend!

+ the airco during the hot summer days and nights
the concept of "luxury boat" is nice, and the other yachts in the marina are cool

The level of luxury in the villa was way above our expectations and immediately made us feel properly on holiday.
The host communicated very well with us right from the point of booking and was very accommodating. We stated our approximate arrival time and when we arrived, we were able to park straight away right outside the front door and the host was already waitining for us.
Service was excellent and attentive, in particular the concierge and the valet parking. I was welcome to leave my bicycle inside and outside. Everything you would expect form a luxury hotel.
Excellent location within the resort, close to both Piran and Portoroz. Spacious balcony with beautiful view! Great breakfast, great pool and the beaches! We really enjoyed our stay!
