We had a fantastic time. The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and a wide range of options. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely stop here again and highly recommend it.

Outstanding service, helpful staff, given a better room without asking, excellent lost property system, pool exquisite and it was luxury beyond my hopes.
This resort is pure luxury. The staff, food, rooms and the overall details of this place are magnificent. MBS made my first trip to Singapore one I will never forget. I can’t wait to come back and stay again.
The various depth pools were great for my toddler.
The bed was possibly the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the entire resort just boasts luxury and cleanliness.
I look forward to returning to this resort next time we are in Singapore. The proximity to Imbiah station was so convenient and the staff were SO friendly.
The room had luxury features and we were provided with drinking water that was replaced daily. The location was great for families with young children and for people wishing to use the Sentosa Resort park. A shuttle service was available hourly to the Harbourfront station MRT/ VivoCity. For people wanting to do most of their tourist visits off Sentosa Island, it is not ideal. The buffet breakfast was outstanding for the quality and variety.
The hotel delivered on all our expectations. The service is fantastic from the moment you exit the taxi to checking out. Most things are digitised such as pool-side ordering and room service. Spacious room with King Size bed and luxury-branded toiletries with mini-bar all inclusive. Decent sized gym overlooking the Bay. Obviously the hotel comes with its price tag but it has its reputation for a reason!
it’s a welcome
change from
the hustle and glamour or Singapore. it’s
a government run resort
close the the beach and mangroves. A nice sense of what Singapore was like
before it was developed. beautiful views out to the harbour and Malaysia.
relatively close to the airport
waterpark and food places right next door.
it’s not a place to stay if you want the hustle and bustle. it’s a family resort built for Singaporean families and this is its charm.
Outstanding service from check in to departure. Breakfast choices cater to everyone's needs. Wide choice including freshly cooked eggs or omelettes. Amazing facilities set in the old GPO building. Staff are friendly and obliging. Nothing is any trouble. Everything has a wonderful ambience and exudes luxury that you would expect from a Fullerton hotel. Room spacious with large bathroom. Location excellent set in a central location. All major areas in city centre within 15 minute walk. Also a 2 minute walk to Raffles place metro station.
