Our stay at Rebero resort was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the staff very friendly, the food tasty and generous. Serge, the manager, was particularly helpful in all of our requests and was very accomodating. We recommend staying here!

We did not expect much when we booked the hotel but we were positivly surprised by the outstanding service and kindness we received from the staff. The location of the hotel was great, we were able to get to the main promenade by walking distance. Overall we were very happy with our stay at One Click and would definitily come again.
The best you can find in the middle of the town.Cheap. friendly atmosphere. Nice communication with international guests in the breakfast room. Highly recommended.
Before I have been in a luxury apartment Supreme Villa. If I would have known that this guest house is so nice in the middle of the town I would have gone there immediately.
Our host was a charming Lady thinking of every detail to make us feel comfortable. We had a real luxury apartment, very delicious breakfast on our own balcony with a view to the valley. The buildings around are mostly luxury Villas or under construction. Highly recommend!
Very friendly, doing their best. Nice veranda with a great view of the downtown hill. rudimentary but cosy setting. terrific location, in house Chef is a luxury, if you bring the patience. it is a good offering in its own class. Minor upgrades could make a tremendous impact though.
The property is amazing location , the cheaper rooms are very small and reception staff at the cheaper end reception were very disorganised for checkin and departure and No warm welcome but This is compared to the outstanding services from other properties in Uganda and Rwanda we stayed in . Breakfast was excellent and the service . The pool location rooms were the same as the non pool so not worth the extra .
