Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
We had a great stay at Lazar and Lena. The apartment was specious and big, great for two couples or family with two kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. There even was spices, oils, flour for cooking. The location is a bit far from the ski resort but if you travel with car you don't have to worry about it.
A cosy place with sauna, fireplace and view to the Treska Mountain. The heating system is controlled remotely by host, however he was easy to reach-out, helpful and friendly. You should expect 15-20 min drive to the centre of the resort if you leave you skis in the rental overnight, though the nearest lift is closer.
Great value for money. The apartments and community areas are equivalent to 5☆ hotel.

Small apartment to the Konaci apartments block, but perfect for a couple. The apartment was very hot, clean and in central spot at Kopaonik. The three main chair lifts and the cashier of the resort where about 100 meters away. There is a parking just outside the block of apartments. and a lot of restaurants at the block. The breakfast at the Maglic restaurant (you are taking coupons for it) where very good and great value for money.
There are everything you need to live, except wash machine (paid laundry available, but works 8-15). 10 minutes to ski resort by car. Also, ski bus line is nearby.
The room was amazing with all what you need, so clean, warm and comfortable.
The host was very sociable and professional. We really had an amazing time there, just at few min. from the ski area.
I will book again same location/resort on the next winter.
Excellent communication with the hosts before and during the stay. The room had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and had a very nice view over the resort. Our hosts were helping us with indications regarding ski rentals and restaurants and they have offered us home made pastries as a surprise in one of the evenings. The villa has its own parking places - something to take in consideration in Kopaonik.
The owner of the villa showed great interest in Suzan. He was very kind, found solutions to everything quickly, was very clean and very close to the ski resort. Thank you very much Susan
