First off, the communication from the owner was excellent. He assisted us with directions and greeted us at the property, where he showed us how everything worked. He was very pleasant and accommodating.
The location is perfect, only a few minutes' drive to the Hărman Fortified Church. There is also a store within a 1 minute drive for any last-minute necessities.
The "cabins" are akin 1-2 bedroom apartments. They are very tastefully decorated, each having their own unique theme, and equipped with AC (us USA people really appreciate the AC as we are not very heat tolerant). During the night, keeping the window open was enough to keep us cool while sleeping. They were immaculate, giving off a pleasant vibe/ atmosphere, and equipped with everything one would need for one night or several nites' stay - small fridge, coffee maker with coffee pods, teas, and a water heater for tea, towels, body wash/shampoo, hand soap, etc.
Directions were clearly spelled out, and Wifi was available. Local restaurant menus were available, as well as a small collection of books to read.
This is a perfect place to relax for a few days, away from the hustle and bustle of a city or just do an overnight as one travels further like we did.
There is also a large patch of natural grass on the property that one can relax on, ground, sun bathe, or read a book.
I highly recommend this property. We would love to return at a future time.

The place is clean, they have a great location. Excellent breakfast, and very good positioning in relation to the top attractions in Poiana Brașov resort.
It offers a ski shuttle to the ski resort. It has a plug for charging electrical/hybrid vehicles. The swimming pool is great and we appreciated the free access to the pool.
Hotel is beautifully decorated, very much themed on gothic/dracula , stunning, we were 2 of only 4 guests staying (January off-season ) so we felt uncomfortable ordering breakfast as it had to be pre ordered we didn't want to put staff to effort. Would absolutely recommend , it was a great location for poiana skiing resort, small bit tricky to find but otherwise very nice Stay. Room was comfortable. Reception staff were nice but only had the briefest of interactions checking in...
Best room I ever stayed in. Huge room and all the decor was very nice and clean. Big TV, good internet. The location was brilliant just 2min walk to the resort-y area next door with ski slope, sledding, etc. Staff were very friendly helped us bring our luggage up and wouldn't even take a tip. If I ever need to stay within an hour of that location I'm staying there.
Nice place but very bad organized. You dont feel like you are in a hotel. Doesn't meet the criteria of Spa resort. If you want totally to relax and enjoy the Spa and stay warm, this is not the place. Maybe in Spring or summer but not in winter.
