Caroline''s is absolutely great! The friendly and helpful staff combined with outstanding cabins made this stay worth going back to Palau soon. Plenty of hot water for the 3x per day shower (it's HOT there). The aircon keeps the cabin at a comfortably cool temperature (did I mention it's hot there?). The homemade breakfast delivered to the door every morning made it easy to charge up for a day of SCUBA Diving, jungle walks, and island tours.
Offering a private beach, an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Sea Passion Hotel is ideally located for scuba diving. The property is just 5 minutes' drive from Koror.

I was just at the Cove for a "day room" . I disembarked from the Palau Aggressor at 8 am and left for the airport at 11 pm.

In verdict, the key features you'll want to know:
* The design of the swimming pool area and the coastal room buildings formed a beautiful and even iconic sunset scene among the resorts in Palau, which is the main image of IPRC that you can see on the website.
* The iconic scene mentioned above was probably be taken from the 3rd floor of the deluxe view rooms building(not the cabins located right near the sea). The room 201-202 and 301-302 are very likely have the best view.
The pros are listed below:
A. It is owned and managed by Taiwanese therefore it would be beneficial for Taiwanese guests due to the environment is full of Chinese words.
B. The manager and the staff are very helpful and kind person that provided us valuable information regarding to the travel in Palau.
C. The room is decorated with wood so the style is cabin type.
D. As mentioned previously, since IPRC has a great view of the sea with the swimming pool area, you can spend time relax with it totally.
E. The bed is comfortable(although this is a necessary requirement for running a resort).
F. The appearance of the facilities truly brought you the feeling of a resort.
G. It's very close to the Palau visitors authority, Side Street Cafe, LT Dive, FC seafood Restaurant, well-known Elilai Seaside Dining restaurant...etc.
H. Breakfast is okay. I can feel that the chef works hard to make the meal good.
I. Useful services such as ride hailing, car rental and beach towel are provided.

The location in Koror is great for access to restaurants, tours, etc.
The beach and pool are great for the kids. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the renovated rooms and the interior was modern and comfortable.
My family of 6 was very happy with the resort, and we'll certainly consider it when we return to Palau.
We visited Palau in August 2023. We stayed in Koror at Shell Villa apartel resort. We definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Location very good. The transfer from the airport is very short and you can get to the city center on foot. Most importantly, very polite and helpful staff. Open to all guests' needs and requests. If we visit again, we will definitely choose the same hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove Resort, and I must say, it was a lovely experience. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The room is comfortable (with really large beds!), clean and with beautiful view. Staff are friendly and thoughtful. The resort has a private dock where we can ask the tour company to pick us up and send us back, which is really convenient. It's enjoyable to walking along the private beach and gazing the stars.
We chose the resort for the pool and beach but unfortunately the weather didn't play ball and we had rain and also suffered from bad colds during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to a number of good places to eat but the hotel restaurant was empty in the evening (possibly closed?). Overall the hotel was empty with what seemed to be hardly anyone staying.
The surroundings of this resort is second to none. A pristine bay, a white sand beach and tropical vegetation complete this stunning landscape, . The infinite pool, lined with palm trees, is gorgeous to say the least.
The staff was absolutely amazing and showed me the island welcomeness. The manager, Hunter, help me with the wifi, transportantion and every other problem or question I had, even if they had nothing to do with the resort. Room was really nice, spaieous, clean and had good AC. Wifi worked well. Honestly great value for money, I highly recommend.
Everything was amazing! The quietness of the resort, the views from the bungalows, the staff! We had an amazing three night stay here, and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, unassuming, and peaceful hotel.
Nice beach. Friendly staff. Clean environment. The resort is not very big but everything is delicate and comfortable. There are not many tourists after the pandemic. We enjoy the stay with our 8-month old baby!
