I liked the spa, advertised heated pools , was not the case. Steam/ sauna very nice. The massueses were so amazing. Only thing really worth the price was the spa and location to shopping and wine.

1. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially the restaurant staff - the most kind and helpful waiters I've ever met. Thank you, you really made me feel taken care of.
Booked this hotel for the apartments, half board and indoor pool, for a winter trip with a small kid.
2. The apartment - huge and fully functional if you want to go self catering (we didn't), bathtub with jacuzzi, balcony, nice view from 6th floor over Vilamoura and even the ocean in the horizon. We had a great view of the NYE fireworks, but I would've prefered a ground floor apartment with terrace, it would have been easier with a small kid.
3. Half board - good food, not very varied, but good quality and the NYE dinner and 1st January brunch were fabulous.
Indoor pool - disappointing, not heated properly, very cold, very small, not inviting at all, needs a renovation.
4. Outdoor beach pool - slightly heated, beautiful, not the best temperature when cold outside but I could still dip in January at 16C outside. But not good for kids, too cold.

It was a last-minute decision to book this after a horrendous stay elsewhere and what a relief! Gorgeous, sustainable practices were apparent, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds, plenty of space, internet worked wonderfully. I have nothing but praise for the accommodations and staff. Food options on site were very good also.

Our hosts were sublime - they couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom with comfy bed and luxury linen. We spent a very restful two nights at ApraHouseLoule enjoying the facilities and exploring Loulé. We even had almonds fresh from the tree in the garden and enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Plenty of much needed shade to enjoy in the garden on great sun-beds. Good surface and secure parking for a motorcycle… not always available at other locations. A little gem!

The villa was a perfect location for all amenities. Daniel the host was excellent. Responded straight away to any questions. Beach was fantastic as was the resort.
The resort is located in a very quiet area but not too far from the center of Loule and the main attractions and restaurants. The room is bright and wide, likewise the bathroom was very spacious and provided with everything you need. The SPA/ Wellness center is a real gem, perfect to recharge and relax. The personnel is exceptional, always smiling and ready to satisfy your needs. It is one of the best quality / price relationship that I have ever encountered. We will definitely trying to stay again.
Beautiful old house very tastefully decorated with a feel of luxury good shared facilities like fridges tea/coffee making, nice roof terrace and all round peaceful environment so we stayed a second night.
Very centrally located and we managed to park next to the house, otherwise there is free parking a 5 minutes away. Loule has improved a lot from our last visit 10 years ago!
