We like location. The room is very good and beautiful. Even the window was so clean that I didn't see and hit my head there. Staff is very good, especially towel guys, the guy at the beach serving (forgot name), parking guys, cleaning ladies. Especially it was one guy Gabriel I think in main restaurant, who gave a lot of information than reception, and said where to go in the city and we went and were happy. Thanks to FO managers, they helped with some issues.

All hotel staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, smiling, polite, kind, I'm from Brazil, and they help me a lot with the language. Congratulations to the entire team at the Hotel, I will return to Puerto Rico and will definitely stay at the Hotel again.
