An absolutely beautiful hotel set in an old coconut plantation. Large room - large bathroom - room was attended to twice per day - we got the ice bucket refilled, fresh water etc.
Staff around the beach and pool were very friendly. Service and pick up service, check in - every part of the experience was great - attention to detail.

It's markets itself as an upscale hotel, and it is 100% not that. Stayed in the Fairmont for the first half of the trip and its head over heels better than la concha.. don't be fooled by the photos. This place needs a big face lift!

Clean beautiful resort. The rooms were very nice. I was very pleased with my room @ the resort. I appreciated the private beach it was not crowded…it was perfect, multiple pools & hot tubs.
Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Huge 1bedroom suite, very nicely equipped kitchen. We ate many meals in our room on the balcony overlooking the resort. Even had a washer/dryer which was used a couple times during our 6 night stay.
it is excluded from every. i went to get alone time and i got just that!!!! it is 35-45 mins from attractions. but if you want a get away trip to clear your head. this is the place!!! The pool and beach view is shown from every room!!! they need to classify this hotel as a resort.
it is a nice facility and although we are operating at lower occupancy due to covid restictions, the place still seemed active. Nice pool and beach access. It is a really beautiful setting. We asked for extra pillows etc and they were on it right away. Super comfy bed and linens.
Like most resorts, this place is ideal for people with cars and who are seeking an all inclusive place to relax.
