The receptionist helped me find a place in town to get a sim card. He also helped me find the best routes to cross into the Czech Republic. The hotel restaurant served great meals, and the breakfast included was great. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. It has wonderful views of the mountains in the distance.

We really liked the location right next to a beautiful park, and the fact that it was in a historic, mansion-like building. The surroundings were beautiful with an old bishops palace right next-door, and a nice courtyard right in the middle. We appreciated the staff ladies, and how eager and helpful one of them was when we had problems with Wi-Fi upon our arrival. She did everything she could to accommodate us in different rooms closer to the routers. Everyone was very polite and helpful during our stay.
