First of all no way that you could go out to look for food since no shuttle service, no intercom, need to go down all the way steps to reach reception almost 70 steps one way.it makes us tired not many choices food. Thanks

The longer journey more than paid off. We are glad we decided to spend a few days on Negro's west coast.
After walking the entire Sugar Beach, I would say the best place to stay there! There's nothing wrong with staying longer!
Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with the weather the few days we were there (a lot of rain, a lot of waves).
Short hike to a viewpoint or boat ride to the shipwreck and a small island, there is certainly more to do in the area.

The staff from checking in to checking out was top notch. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. The food in the restaurant was some of the best food I've ever had in all of the Philippines. I highly recommend this private resort.
We had a relaxing holiday at Takatuka Beach Resort. We loved the food in their restaurant, were amazed by the creativity in their decors & themed rooms, we enjoyed the quiet beach and really appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service of their staff.
The beach was really nice. Convenient to access. The restaurant was great. Hanging out amd relaxing in the resort was good to. It was nice there was a play area for the kids at the restaurant so we could eat while they play
The diving offer was great and the instructors were very capable and considerate. The food in the hotel was very good, too. Also the bay offers a beautiful and relaxing view. The sand is white the water clean and there were literally no waves during the whole stay. The resort is nicely made, like a little town with a clear fresh water river running through and many little houses with the rooms the reception desk the dive shop, restaurant and others scattered around.
