we stayed overnight. Going to the resort was not really hard, you can easily find the resort thru Google maps if you have a car, if not, the resort is offering transfers which we availed and very convenient. The price for the transfers is very economical.
The resort is just newly opened last April 2024. So, expect that there are still some improvements going on.
Rooms are big and very clean, toiletries are provided.
There should be a rug inside the toilet, so that water splashed on the floor can easily be wiped.
Food is great and not too pricey. We ordered pork sinigang and inihaw na bangus which is very yummy, kids loved the sinigang.
We will definitely go back.

The staff and owners were very accommodating. The service from the staff was great! Irene the kitchen care taker is very friendly and very nice!
We enjoyed using the pool.
The owners seem to reside on the property so we felt very safe.
Located in Bootin, A-House Beachfront provides a bar. There is free private parking and the property has paid airport shuttle service. All rooms at the resort come with a seating area.

Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
Pet friendly. It is really their biggest sell for us. They have proper pet facilities and understand how pets will (mis)behave in public.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff very welcoming and warm.
The food is good especially since resorts generally don’t win in this space.
The resort is on a great beach so wonderful for swimming and chilling. It is dog friendly so had fun with the dog on the beach. Went Jet Skiing, Quad bike riding and just chilled.
You will wake up to sound of the waves crashing on the shore, it’s not so crowded, the staff are friendly, helpful and responsive, complete amenities, cute little bar and store in the resort.
The cottage we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. Food was great. Our stay at the resort was very relaxing. It is also pet friendly which is a big plus for me.
The place was quiet, even with a good number of guests. The room, including T&B, were clean. Resort staff were attentive and very helpful, especially when I needed assistance after a minor accident.
