Everybody was greeting all of us always with a smile.
They made sure, we have everything we want and need.
They surprised me on my birthday at breakfast with singing and a delicious cake & gift.
The view was absolutely stunning.
We gave some recommendations about our room, cause there were some edges that could hurt a kid or an adult.
They immediately fixed the problem, so nobody would get hurt from the edges of the towel rack and the bathroom door handle.
The whole team was absolutely top of the top at all times.
Rooms are always clean.
There‘s snack time between 3-4 pm.
Between 5-6 pm they bring another snack directly to our room.
Food was always fresh and super delicious.

That’s where it ends.
The beach is there also but don’t blink it appears between tides for a short time. The tides mean that the beach either becomes mud flats which stretch out for at least a km or the sea laps at the resort wall.
The room itself is fine but for the shower where the water flow is non-existent. The tv, even though no intention of watching, appears to have no antenna and picture very grainy.
The breakfast is very ordinary to put it mildly. There isn’t even toast and very few selections although the omelette is good.
The pool hours are unknown but tried going for morning swim several times only to find it closed even after 9 am.
I unfortunately lost my keycard which normally would not be a problem however when I asked for a replacement, only 1 was issued, was marched to my room like a criminal the person then was going to go and again I asked for new card, this time was informed would cost me 500, they are worth about 25 cents, so he disappeared left me with know power before coming back 10 minutes later with one. Later that night received a phone advised of the 500 debt I had. The way all this was done was the most annoying thing not the 500.
Only ate there the once and the meal was dry and bland. Was determined not to dine there again after keycard so went next door to happy lion which provided much better meals.
Dogs barking next door were also annoying when trying to relax but can’t blame resort for this.

The room and bathroom were beautiful. The house keeping was immaculate. The pool right outside one's room was so pretty with Balinese features. All the staff from the owner, manager, front of house, restaurant staff and security staff.were so helpful and happy. The restaurant was French inspired and so delicious. I cannot fault this very lovely hotel/ resort.
Polite, friendly and helpful staff which, particularly as a solo traveller, I found enjoyable. During my 6 night stay, the resort seldom seemed very busy (presumably because it's not peak season weather wise and some guests were away on day trips) and I found it a very relaxing experience. Great views from my balcony and elsewhere around the resort. For a largely open plan design, the public areas, including the pool, were kept clean and tidy. The regular shuttle buses to the local shopping mall and the airport were useful.
Wonderful hotel/resort. From the welcoming arrival to the sad departure we had a truly 5* experience. The beds/pillows/duvet are quality as are the bathroom facilities. The dining area is very tastefully designed. Everything about this hotel is classy. Friendly fun service from all the staff. Special shout out to Desiree and Livia and thanks for arranging our free shuttle to the airport. We look forward to returning! Thank You!
The staff was super friendly and the food were so good . The resort provided free transport as well to get to the main town and also can sort out tours and transfers. 10/10 would recommend and come again.
overall. a great experience. its a stunning resort. great location, really beautifully built, well run, friendly staff, good facilities. the restaurant food is good the pizza is amazing! will stay again. Ira is the best person there and she needs to be promoted to manager as the other staff and current manager are not as good when dealing with issues and have to go to her anyway for answers.

Staff were nice and helpful. I liked how the resort is not central to the city. There is no beach access but they can organise a ride to their upcoming (seemed to be still under construction) beach resort approx. 45 mins away - the day / time we went, effectively had the section of the beach to ourselves. The massage was excellent.
