The price is reasonable for its facilities and area. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights (good for 6 people) but the bathroom is however the opposite. The room for two has a wide shower room and bathtub; the room for 4, family room has a small bathroom (no bath tub). 🙃 And not only the bathroom but also the fridge. The refrigerator in the family room is old and very small.
In addition, the water is so weak that the shower does not work. We just used the pale and dipper.
And the really disappointing in this place was -- it's too noisy. The other guests as well as the staff themselves were too noise even after 12 midnight. And the staff was knocking at 11pm in the middle of our sleep just to ask for our breakfast menu.
Well, anyway.. the food was good enough so I'd give a fair score. And infairness, the other staff were kind enough, especially the one who helped us heat the foods in the kitchen.

My staycation at Azure Urban Resort was perfect—beautiful scenery, friendly staff, cozy rooms, and great amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
The service is impeccable, the staff seem to be very well trained in providing a high level of customer service, from the front desk, to cleaners, room service and concierge. All providing an outstanding service level.
The resort's ambiance was inviting, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff, which made a positive impact on my stay.
Kids had a wonderful time at the hotel. The giant fish tank was connected in our two ajacent rooms and they were so happy to see so many fish swimming in the rooms. The rooms were clean and very child safe. It also had everything that we would have needed.
The food served at the restaurant was decent and we had an amazing view looking directly at the sunset. After the Ocean Park closed at 6pm the whole place felt quiet and relaxing and it really felt like we were at a beach resort somewhere away from the city.

The property is Grand. The resort houses a casino, many restaurants and also a Seven Eleven. The rooms are well appointed and the view from the rooms was great. The rooms have all luxury fittings and facilities like iPad operated curtain blinds, entertainment system, hi-tech toilet seats etc. The best part was in our Grand Deluxe room, there was an additional powder room in addition to the bathroom which was great for friends staying together.
The hotel has resort vibes and is probably the only one in Manila that makes you feel you are away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
Overall the hotel gives a mix of class and luxury along with relaxing tropical vacation vibe.
The staff were generally friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is amazing and you have plenty of choices to choose from ranging from local to international cuisines.
