Exceptionaly clean with spacious rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were the best that l have seen so far here in the Philippines.
The food was fantastic and offered Italian options as well as many other choices to select.
The facilities and grounds are meticulously maintained and even include a koi fish pond, friendly monkeys (they like sunglasses) and friendly doggos that will greet you when you arrive.
The best feature of Giardino Romantico by far is the friendly owner and staff who are always helpful and eager to answer any questions you may have.

We did not stay in the CROWN JEWEL of this location, rather the older building. I highly recommend you book one of the new cliff/Ocean view suites! I was able to view with the owner Ron. They are amazing, complete their own roof top with views of both the mountains and the ocean! They also have smaller suites with great ocean views! Also they have a GREAT CLEAN SWIMMING POOL! There is a great restaurant just 3 mins away towards dumaguete!

Not to mention a really cool vegan restaurant Chia right down the street! Drinks at the hostel bar are also reasonable and great with soft music playing all day! Definitely recommend for a stay!!!
The place was beautiful we highly recommend it for family vacation especially with kids.the resort staff are all nice especially the Resort Manager Mrs Susan Allum she was very accommodating from the day we checked in till the day we checked out.she was just friendly and welcoming.thank you Mrs Susan Allum we will surely go back there again!
It was about a 15min. ride from the town center/airport so very short drive. The view from the bedroom is outstanding. There are many spots in the resort to hang out (eat by the pavilion, lounge by the beach, relax in your room, or look out to the sea by the roofdeck or the view deck). There are no TVs but you'll never run out of things to do during your stay. Staff were super friendly and attended to all our needs. Nido and Simba are the best!
This was a perfect oasis for a single traveler far from home. This is a diving resort by design.I’m no longer a diver but was in my youth. I can tell you from observation that the diving staff is thorough,professional ,friendly and well equipped.
Property is pretty much new and well maintained . A small,cozy,calm and off the busy track resort with a small pool if you’re not into diving or snorkeling.!Resort staff are exceptionally accommodating, courteous, friendly,helpful. Spacious room.Huge bed.Shower with great pressure and hot water! The place was nearly perfect from my perspective.
We enjoyed everything about this resort. We had an incredible stay. The location is great, the facilities are wonderful. The food options are some of the best in town and the staff are so friendly.
Family enjoyed their meal…it was the first time at an hotel or resort our daughter ate all of her food. Wife took photos and posted on her Facebook. I enjoyed the coffee. The WIFI was exceptional. Strongly recommend the La Mensa restaurant located on the property, it’s a very short walking distance behind the hotel.
