The staff always asked how we were doing. The pool is really good. Their access to the sea is pretty and restricted. Be mindful of the Monsoon season, we spent a week there and sadly it rained for 5 days, but that was not their fault.

The first quality that jumps out is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating, and clearly wanted to make sure we were enjoying our experience. We scheduled an airport transfer from Caticlan, and they were there in the pouring rain when our delayed flight arrived to whisk us away. Our room was spacious with comfortable furniture. I loved the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. Because of habigat, there was no swimming in the sea, but we still enjoyed strolls along the private beach. The pool was fabulous - we swam in it as much as we could. The breakfast buffet is one of the largest I've ever seen. There is an entire room for pastries and baked goods, and another for hot items. And since this resort is removed from the busier part of the island, it is quiet and peaceful. Security is also very present, so we never felt unsafe.

From arrival to depature. From the Security personal, front desk, dinning, housekeeping , pool side attendants, everyone was amazing. It's on my top 5 places i recommend a most stay. Great location i tool several walks from my hotel day and night to the beach ( 1- 2 minutes) and around the area a few miles each day, I felt safe and if I asked fir directions people was so polite and willing to help.

Literally Nirvana Beach Resort is the only one that offers quality Villas that is fit for large families. I like how the villas and rooms are far from each other which adds to the feeling of exclusivity.
The resort is beautiful! We loved the swimming pool, particularly the bar in the middle, and got a poolside massage for around £10. The room was lovely and it was a real luxury to have a bathtub. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and main strip of restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly.
The location of Nirvana Beach Resort was amazing. You could walk to Station 2 in about 3 minutes and have easy access to the beach and D'Mall with amazing shopping and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant onsite was delicious. Everything was super relaxed, nothing was an issue. Rooms were cleaned whenever we needed them to be with fresh towels. All up a great value accommodation with all the access you need for a perfect stay at this gorgeous island.
The staff are always accommodating and approachable. The location and facilities are great for our parents. It is an all inclusive resort so it is very convenient for them and away from too much crowd.

A disastrous stay in this what they so call a luxury hotel and resort. From check-in until check-out bad experience and disappointment. We didn't enjoy our precious time.
They were very accomodating. My daughter got sick while we were there and they have a nurse on duty. They helped us going to the Emergency and back to our accomodation free of charge. We highly recommend the place. We love the private pools and beach resort.
