Nice resort, right at the beach. Good for surfing! Reception staff was super friendly. Especially Anthony was very supportive and did a really good job solving an issue I had.
Beautiful resort and Villa 17 was perfect fit for our group of six. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and walk to the beach was easy to go back & forth several times a day. The people in Playa Venao are awesome, kind, helpful and friendly.
The location is great and everyone who works there is super chill, friendly and helpful. The restaurant has really good food, even if it's all vegetarian/vegan. Amenities are fine. It's a more chill spot than the other resorts because it's in a more isolated spot in the cove. Wifi was strong and had no problem with any Zoom meetings while there.
The beach was right there. The staff was very accommodating. I wanted to drink and they served! Also I could walk to the other resorts with beach bars which was convenient.
