Cleaning service was good, rooms are spacious, supervisor Crystel was very kind and helped me, dance show was interesting (Noel is one love). Massage spa was also cool.

My family and I loved this place!!! It is not luxurious but has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The kids had a blast in the water park, the kids zone. They even participated in the nighttime shows. The food was very decent! I wish they would have more variations but what they had was sufficient and tasty. The staff was amazing, all super nice. I love how the beach was a mixture of different sand colors (in pics it looks like the beach is dirty, but in fact it’s a mixture of different sand materials - beautiful in person)

It's a great location in a great place, specially for families. The pool area and the beach are certainly the main assets.
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
The resort is beautiful. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms like an apartment. It was big and super comfortable. The resort was so clean and looked new and modern. The entire staff was super attentive. The food was very good with lot of choices. I particularly enjoyed the sport bar. Especial thanks to Luber (Manager) and Abel both at the front desk. There was hicupp during check-in but they both made sure that everything was resolved. My son and his friend both 18 loved the resort. I highly recommend it.
This resort would be particularly great for families. There's a pool with some good sized slides and another large pool with a swim up bar near the beach.
The buffet was very good with a nice selection of food. They have a snack bar running during the hours the buffet is closed with burgers and nachos.
The staff were very efficient and there was lots of them.
The proximity to the beach was amazing. The apartment was big, clean and had a spacious balcony. Communication with the host was pretty good, easy checkin/ checkout. The Facility had a very nice resort style pool area and private beach area with cabanas. Love that it was dog friendly too!
The staff in the dining area (buffet) and at the bars was nice.
The activity staff was very engaged, especially with making the resort fun for the kids that were there. The resort appeared pretty family friendly for smaller children.
All-inclusive was great! Pools were clean, staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and very hard working. Property is well taken care of Lots of fun activities available and many people seemed to enjoy the evening entertainment.
