This was our second time stay at this property and truly the experience was amazing. It may not be the best resort that one can look for; however, for the small town of Nizwa where this is located it is the best and very reasonable too.

we enjoyed our stay very much. spacious house with own big pool. was the best resort on our Oman trip. location also very good, close to Al hamra, bahla, nizwa and a lot of beautiful 4x4 tracks close by. good for families!!! very recommended
