We loved the Deluxe Lakeview Room we stayed. The room was spacious and very clean. The lakeview and mountain views are gorgeous. The hotel is at a tranquil location that provides a quality unwinding getaway. The staff are very welcoming. We would like to thank Mr Karl at the front desk for his professionalism and kindness, which made our stay at Hilton Resort a wonderful experience.

I loved our beautiful stay at Queenstown House! We had a very comfortable ensuite room, which included a fridge and seating area. However, what made our stay so great was the warm welcome from the hosts, the delicious and generous breakfast buffet, as well as the (all-inclusive!) regular canapes, where we were welcomed by the host to taste a few of the local wines and had the opportunity to chat with the other guests. Highly recommend!
Ruru retreat was exceptional. Brand new, clean, every possible luxury you could ask for. Under floor heating, home very well heated, incredible views, amazing hot tub, fire places, very very comfortable - just amazing.
The views from the restaurant and bar are just breathtaking. The cocktails were the best I’ve ever had. Our room was so comfortable and the hot tubs are such a unique touch to the luxury of this hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The best hotel we stayed in all of New Zealand.
Comfortable large bed and pillows. Combined living bedroom upgrade from the Double Tree to Hilton Spa Resort was appreciated. Stacks did great burgers and pizza for dinners.
