This is a beautiful beachfront resort which is very high quality throughout. Our suite was modern, well-equipped, very clean and everything appeared to be almost new. Julie at the front desk was particularly helpful throughout our stay - Merci beaucoup! All the staff we encountered were generally friendly and helpful. As we had a rental car throughout our stay, the onsite free parking was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this lovely resort.
Chateau Royal Beach Resort was incredible. We were guests that were unfortunately affected by the nationwide protests and airport closure that was subsequently enforced.
The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure the needs of their guests were met, that there was direct and open communications and that we were safe.
Rest assured that they will look after you as an individual guest, rather than simply another paying customer.
Their general manager in particular is incredible!
This resort has been absolutely amazing. Cannot fault them . We have been here during the riots and the level of care and support has been phenomenal . Staff and the general manager have worked so hard around the clock to ensure we are safe and fed at this difficult time . Will def be coming back in years to come .
The room was a great space, and very clean. The complex was very well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. The out door pool was a nice space to spend the sunny days and the aquatic centre was an amazing space - throughly enjoyed spending time there. The resort was a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes and the bus to town was at the gate - so easy. I would definitely stay again
The resort is right at Anse Vata and in an area with several shopping and recreational options. Unfortunately, not all buildings are equally well maintained so it's really a hit or miss how your room will actually look like.
Hotel is in a great location, especially now that the net has been installed in the Bay across the road. Close to lots of eating options and bars. Comfortable without being luxury, but a great option to stay.
Hotel Gondwana is a great option if you want to stay in town as opposed to a resort. We were going to resorts later so wanted to be in the heart of things, close to the markets etc and it delivers on that. The room is small but well appointed and it met our expectations considering the price.
Beautiful resort and great for a family holiday by the sea! Rooms are lovely and great to have a kitchen if you want to cook.
