We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spacious and comfortable room provided the perfect environment to relax after a long day. The rain shower was lovely, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. The staff were amiable and made me feel right at home. The internet access was excellent, which was crucial for my work, and the thoughtful styling of the room catered well to both leisure and work trips. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a balanced and enjoyable stay.
Droombos is a great way to be in Windhoek without the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation is comfortable and well designed (Especially the luxury room I upgraded too) and the staff is top tier always ready to help. Kudos to the chef too because the food is great.

It not a "regular hotel" but a camping resort... very well laid out. I stayed in a "tent"... Bitterly cold, but with the amenities, it was a wonderful experience!
Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating with personal requests. We loved the luxury rooms, well located, close to restaurants, kids loved the bath, wonderful shower, comfortable bed! We had three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner which each and every was very satisfying! Fresh food!
Simple accommodation for people who want to keep their costs low and still stay in the very centre of town. Big shopping mall just across the road. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good value for money if you can do without any luxury.

It was my second time here. I travel a lot but have not experienced a similar place with such convenience, luxury, and leisure all in one place in this category. They have staff 24 available and even offered to order lunch and dinner. I would certainly come again and recommend others to try it out.
Lovely large area within the gates. Plenty of space to wander. Even when busy it didn’t feel crowded.
The Square has a lovely pool with waiter service. Rooms are comfortable. I stayed in both the standard and luxury rooms. They are both good for the different prices.
I really enjoyed my stay in Avani... I would like to thank all staff members that were very supportive in particular TIA (think that thats how his name is spelled) for his outstanding service.
