Great resort atmosphere, feels like you’re not in the city, night was quiet and calm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at one of their restaurant, Charcoal, the food was very nice, the seafood buffet dinner was delicious. The pool was big and nice to swim, it was quite deep but they do have shallow section. Kids pool was separated from adult. Overall I really like the stay here.
The resort is pretty nice and clean, well maintained but still it requires maintenance as I saw some leakages from roof outside when raining......but it can be ignored. Overall recomendable to stay with kids.
It’s giving me resort vibe, like I’m in a beach. The ambience is really calming and I would definitely come back here again. It’s worth the money compared to other hotel in KL. I really like the environment and there are various restaurants available.
It is like a resort in the city, with lush greenery and a nice pool. The Chinese restaurant TiChern serves wonderful food as well. Our room is very well kept and nice , and the bellboy who helped us is very friendly too. A good place for a staycation!
Room was really spacious and clean. I liked the whole vibe of the resort. Breakfast was excellent as well, Staff was also helpful, managed to get me the same room when i decided to extend my stay even though it was quite a peak season.
I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.
