I like just about everything the resort offered. The room was great, clean and spacious. Noise insulation is quite good, you'll just hear the occasional room service walk pass by but no noise from other rooms. The entire layout of the resort is very nice, with the lake it was nice to just walk around. Breakfast was good too, no complains except perhaps have a water dispenser for those that want to get water. Only mentioning this because often we have to wait for a while just to get water.
Then take note, there are 3 entrances for this resort. Dont worry its not complex, but it will be good to know in advance which entrance is closest for your room.
Lastly, to the entire staff, keep up the amazing work and thank you for your hospitality.

Very good location. Just opposite to Sunway Resorts Hotel. 5 min walking distance to Sunway Lagoon entrance. 24hr KFC , mamak food and 7-11 all very near ( less than 2 - 3min walking distance ). Atm and banks also nearby. Consider very good for the money.
Huge room and outstanding service, breakfast was excellent and staff were really helpful, if you like shopping there is the gigantic shopping centre under the hotel. It is also handy for public transport.
