This is a budget accommodation, not a luxury hotel. The bad reviews must have been written by people who think they booked Hilton for RMI per night. Great place - great staff

It is a very beautiful hotel resort, I really like the shower gel & shampoo provided in each room, they're so refreshing!
Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We got the connecting rooms and we loved it! Very family friendly.
Room service was also very attentive and quick.
My kids also enjoyed the swimming pools very much.
