A little oasis in the city. We really relaxed here. We loved having a pool outside our balcony. It was so quiet in the mornings, that it felt we were in the country side! Staff were lovely too. Spa in the room was a hit.

The room was above our expectations - the furnishings and finish were to such a high standard. Complimentary mini-bar (soft drinks, water, snacks) replenished on a daily basis. The heated pool was great, excellent view of the city and somehow still felt secluded. Room service was excellent - high quality and good response time. We had spent the last 10 days trekking around Borneo, staying in jungle lodges etc. so this was a nice touch of luxury before we left Malaysia. Great location - easy for Grab's to pick up and drop off.
This particular resort is the top among the best in Malaysia. Some of the hotel features I admire was motion sensor lights embedded around the hotel rooms. Beautiful luxurious view of your hotel lobby and swimming area. Perhaps the in-dining value added pricing is obnoxious. Modern contemporary interior design close resemblance of minimalism luxury. Another commendation was hotel staff are affable and cordial, it makes me want to stay at M resort once more.
Everything especially Mr Azizul that serve me at the Executive Lounge and the Reception Malay Lady. Kudos to them due to their Extra Mile Service💯

Newly open hotel with contemporary design. Staff was attentive and service was great. If you are looking to book for executive suite, opt for golf resort view for better experience. Nonetheless, room was very spacious, cosy and luxury as display picture. M Lounge excess and few more other perks is woth every penny!
I love the hotel concept with wooden deco plus traditional and mixture of local heritage. Even we know the hotel was established for quite ages but the feel of luxury still remain. Not forget, it's just like a resort in the middle of the metropolitan city.
