A great hotel, especially for families with children. The pools were terrific, and the pool employees were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Many venders around the hotel in the evening. This was my 5th or 6th visit over the last 30 years or so.

Room was spacious, enough to fit extra bed, loved it. Loved the coffee machine and bath tub. Food was delicious. Resort design was fantastic.

This is our first stay here at the resort. During the checking in process, we got upgraded to a family quadruple room. Totally unexpected yet truly satisfying and comfortable. Great water pressure. Scrumptious foods and yummy beverages. We’ll be coming back again in the near future. Thank you Bertam Resort team for having us.
Beautiful morrocan concept, spacious pool, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. And the best of all - the wide variety of breakfast buffet. It’s a mix of malay, western, chinese, indian breakfast and all the food are delicious. Very reasonable price for a 4 star resort.
The fact that it’s located in the middle of the city but feels secluded is amazing. The design and infrastructure of this resort is excellent, making it instagrammable for us haha. The pool is amazing, breakfast is good and we enjoy the tub in the room very much!
