the environment is very calm, this our second time coming to this hotel and bring our baby together to enjoy the moment at Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort.
Its a good location with lots of shops outside and easily accessible to the beach, waterpark, and other resorts via the hotel's shuttle bus service. The staff are very professional and helpful. Buffet deals are also affordable. We will return to Four Points by Sheraton Desaru next time.
My heart in Desaru. Tunamaya Beach Resorts & Spa this goes to my happy memories. This place is breath taking it may be old but, it has charm to it. The view is stunnning. A million no billion dollar view. Staff all good.

The rooms were neat and clean with daily housekeeping.
The location was surrounded by eateries with Pakistani food, seafood, Malay Nasi Padang, Pizza Hut, Subway, bakery, etcetera. Simply delightful!
The hotel was just a few km away from the beach. If I had chosen a beach resort, I would have missed out on the food splendour near the hotel!
Staff were prompt in answering our requests and queries. Courteous, polite. They even got me an excellent driver who would take us to places of interest at an affordable rate. Thank you.
Check in was swift although we made a last min booking. No hassle. 100rm deposit required will be returned at checkout. A real family resort. Alot of families with kids because of the facilities. Exciting theme park suitable for young kids too, mini bird sanctuary.
Bed was comfy. Room was generally clean although it may be an old resort, it's still generally well kept. Bfast was tasty. There is microwave,fridge, extra fans although room has aircons and boiling kettle.
And i like that we had the private beach accesible to hotel guests
To be honest, I really feel very comfortable and pleasant staying in Lotus Desaru beach resort in this time..all the staff are very friendly & helpful especially front desk, food assistance, the breakfast are really awesome and amazing I and my spouse are really enjoyed the stay there.
