Very well maintained rooms, the hotel graciously changed our 2 separate rooms to adjacent family rooms without any additional charges. Facilities are good. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Able to book Grab after a couple of tries. Overall, good experience with family.

The location is very near to my business point. Not so much food stalls nearby, need to go some kilometres if you want to eat outside. But the have inroom service for food with affordable price. There are lots of parking space. The checkin process was fast. The front desk staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is super hugeeeee. No complaint at all.

Luxury hotel although welll priced. Large selection of foods for breakfast from several different cuisines, including English and different Asian dishes. The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff took great care of me and helped me with taxis.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wanted to praise her for helping us during check-in.

Location wise although it's a bit far from central, but opposite the resort has some eating places.
KSL Hotel & Resort has always been a top choice for me to stay in whenever we go to JB. We really like the concept of staying in a place that has assessed to many amenities. The hotel itself is a comfortable place for my family & I to stay in. The room is very well maintained. Highly recommended!
