Actually i accidentally booked for 2 which is i normally booked for couple only previosly & normally we pay for extra breakfast at the hotel, but this RESORT ask us to pay extra Rm 140 for the charge of 2 kids cost, which is i think NOT COMPATIBLE with the SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE BREAKFAST MEAL WHICH THEY SERVED ONLY 2 NASI LEMAK & CEREAL & MY KIDS ONLY EAT 2 BOWL OF CEREALS, WHICH NORMALLY COSTS AROUND RM 40-50.
THEY CONTACTED ME AFTER 1 WEEK SAYING NEED EXTRA RM 140 FOR THE COST OF 2 KIDS
I THINK THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT CONSIDERING THE MEALS THEY EAT ONLY CEREAL AND THEY SAID IT THE COST OF THE RESORT,

So you are not in the theme park complex but you are still at a high altitude resort (and not on the foothill)
Transport facility from/to theme park is provided round the clock. Although at cost, but reasonably available
Check-in was convenient
We like the location and the view from the hotel. It's located about 15 minutes drive from main Genting Resort area on an adjacent hilltop. The bed was comfortable though the box was creaking.
The kitchen has an electric cooker so you can cook instant noodles etc , and there is microwave oven and water dispenser which is very convenient. View was great, the unit we stayed in is very well refurbished and is very clean. Its TV works great too. As for outdoors, being at the Skygarden at night is wonderful, you see the clouds rolling by just a few floors above you. Much better view than at Resorts World hotels/shopping mall, where you can hardly walk out to take in the outdoor air and beauty of the highlands.
