Traveling with two 80+years old guest. Lift was not working so, ground floor room was provided as per our request.
Hot pool was good and clean. Breakfast was decent. Had good sleep.
Porter was cheerful and helpful to bring our bags down 1st floor due to broken lift. We booked 5 rooms.

Place is nearby the river and easy access. Breakfast was simple but good for us, Nasi Lemak, Fried Noodles, Kuih Koci, toast breads and jams. We opt for picnic and it was okay. Nice set up only that we thought it was near to the river.

It was amazing, starting from the moment I came to the reception tired and was immediately offered free juice

I arrange this food and relaxation trip for my group of friends (6 of us). The accommodation was clean and generally well kept. The resort is small but suited our purpose. The added bonus was the small stream that flow by the front of the property. We had a pleasant surprise, the property gave us complimentary dinner in addition to the breakfast as it was the month of Ramadan!
Nothing positive. This resort located far above the Janda Baik hill. The resort surrounding, their common areas not properly maintained. The ambient and the vibe a bit scary, i just checked in, and get out of the premise 10 minutes later.
The staff, Jason is super duper friendly. We are from KL and is our 1st time visit Bentong. Jason tour guide us to Bentong town after his working hour. We stay at Bentong view Chalet, the room conditions reflect 100% as what shows in the picture. The resort provide basic cooking utensil, can buy ingredient there for BBQ or steamboat.
Weather is chilling up there, just make sure bring mosquito repellent.
