Location was fine - a little farther from the town than we are used to in this area, but this was expected. The beach is fantastic, and similar across all hotels along this beach. The pool was reasonably clean throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was huge, so comfortable, and had an amazing view. I could have spent the entire vacation on the balcony. The resort facilities were wonderful, too - I loved to salt water pool, and it was great to have easy access to Playa Ropa. The restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, and all of the staff were so nice. A very special hotel.
Loved the beautiful peaceful ocean front location! The quality of the villa and resort was incredible ! Host Maggie was delightful! 12 cats and 2 dogs! I loved it! Beautiful clean sparkling pools! Fabulous fully equipped outdoor kitchen! On the bus route!! No need to take cabs!! Even from the airport, a 5 min walk out of the airport, then take the bus for 17 pesos right to the resort!! Bus to Zihuatanejo and to ixtapa! Unbelievable vacation!!
The breakfast and food at the restaurant was great but a bit expensive compared to restaurants close by. The pool was incredible and the ocean and beach are literally steps away from the resort. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location made for an easy walk in Zihua town. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful anytime we needed support.
The location is not super close to the downtown area of Zihua, and probably a 5-10m taxi ride. The resort itself was exceptional and we loved almost everything about it. The pools are clean, the rooms are well-designed and spacious, and the food and drinks were also tasty. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well.
A truly beautiful view, comfortable accommodation, excellent staff, food, helpfulness, secure feeling, close to everything you need in Zihau. I highly recommend this hotel/resort. The pool is brilliant too and excellent coffee in the rooms.
The food at the restaurant was good and the view and location right by and on the beach was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Three pools, beautiful grounds. Large rooms. A real resort!
