The staff are the defining factor that made our holiday at Secrets special. The hotel is well presented and offers a premium experience for the most part, but probably lacks some of the finishing touches in areas. The staff made our trip special though - Jonny at the beach club kept things fun with volleyball and bracelet making and all the waiters were attentive and a delight to be around. The preferred club area (The Grotto) was lush!

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, hotel in Tulum

Facing the beachfront, Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort offers 4-star accommodation in Tulum and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden.

The staff was very nice, always came to fill up the water and took care of guests. Very good staff in Seasalt pool bar, especially one guy who’s taking orders from people laying next to the pool. He was always in a good mood. Hilton has multiple pools which is very nice, because if one is full you can just go to other one. There was big variety of food, you could always find something. Rooms are very beautiful. Lots of activities also on the rainy days. Very beautiful enviroment with lot of trees.

Secluded location far from the noisy, touristic and overpriced beach resorts. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We preferred the place much more in comparison to posh beach resorts.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Amazed by the towel art each day from housekeeping! Reasonable price for Tulum, we chose to stay downtown as beach resorts prices were extortionate. Free parking, room was well equipped. There is a breakfast café directly in front of the hotel but otherwise we drove around for food and drinks around town, which was quite convenient. We did not use the rental bikes due to most of the potholes all filled with water, we couldn't tell how deep it was - but most places are within cycling distance.

My honeymoon experience at the Resort was simply beautiful. One of the highlights was having my own private pool, which added a touch of luxury and exclusivity to our stay. The food served was not only delicious but also refreshing, making every meal a delightful experience. The serene and breathtaking scenery around the resort provided a truly relaxing ambiance, allowing us to unwind and create unforgettable memories. It was an overall amazing and rejuvenating stay.

A beautiful comfortable and spacious room in a delightful garden setting. We loved watching the resident woodpeckers and blue jays from the pool. A very relaxing stay for those interested in nature rather than the beach resorts. The owner was very helpful with information and booking tours

It’s a brilliant camping space between all the soulless luxury resorts of Tulum. You stay literally ON the beach, lovely and helpful people, walking distance to a lot of cafes & restaurants.

I was happy to find a nice bungalow-style place to stay for a super good price compared to all the insta influencer luxury resorts on the ocean side. The beautiful beach is just across the street (and across a resort). If you are not a good sleeper, the earplugs provided by them should help you out. :) We were there in off season so luckily not much thing was going on hence not much noise from others.

When you cross the door, all the buzzines of Tulum stops. Is a place to relax, connect with the nature. Amazing views of the private cenote! Sleeping in the tend and the open shower into the nature makes it for an unforgettable experience. Plus breakfast is delicious! If you go to Tulum, I'll recommend you to stay here instead of the beach resorts 😉

I like that I was treated like vip because I booked the perferred club swim out room. You had access to the premium alcohol, and private beach area. The spa was beautiful. It was an all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. They had entertainment up until 1am. It was really a beautiful resort. The servicers was excellent and very friendly. I was able to book excursion with no problem. Room service was available all night. I wish I was able to stay longer.
