The views at Villa La Estancia are beautiful. The courtyard and pools are very clean and well maintained. You’re allowed to dine at the tied neighboring properties, Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, but you can’t use their pools. Villa La Estancia has a very relaxing and laid back vibe whereas the other two are livelier. A bit of music at the pool would have been nice. There’s a private beach in front of the property you’re allowed to dip into that was clean and fun to have attached to the property.
The staff were incredible and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! It was my husband’s birthday and they were kind enough to decorate the room for our arrival. Also, every night we were provided bottled waters and cookies, which was a nice touch!
We loved that property was about a 20 min walk to some great restaurants and it was easy to explore the downtown area during our stay.

We stayed in the grand vacations and had a room that faced the water. We absolutely love sunrises and this allows you to lay in bed, relax and soak up the morning sun (it is bright!). Whales were breaching throughout the day which was incredible to see! We enjoyed relaxing by the pools, which were gorgeous and rented chairs over the Infiniti pool for a day. The fitness room was top notch and loved the morning lattes from the coffee shop in the main lobby. Oysters and sushi by the pool were both lovely. From sunrise to sunset we really enjoyed our long weekend here!

Scenery was great, many food options. The room had drinks, all part of the all inclusive. The room service is good too. Staff are nice. First impression walking up to this resort, okay maybe this is as good as others, like Pueblo bonito. But it fell short of what I’d had experienced.
Being at an all inclusive made it easy to stay and relax. No need to tour and just enjoy the resort. The food selection was nice. The beach was nice too as well the other two resorts you can explore. We found the Rui Place family more quiet and therefore more relaxing.
Foods were amazing. All restaurants was more than expectation if you think of "all-inclusive" quality. Staffs were very helpful, kind and gave us a positive energy during whole stay. Resort was clean and well-managed.
The location is very central to Cabo San Lucas, but since it is in the Marina, it could feel a bit claustrophobic, compared to some resorts by the beach. However, I definitely recommend it.
I chose not to take advantage of the all-inclusive option as i wanted to explore more places in town.
