The staff is amazing, especially the lobby bartender Antonio. He makes the best drinks. Super friendly. I also liked that they have a fresh juice bar, coffee bar and sports bar that is included with the all inclusive. The food was fresh and the all inclusive drinks had a wide variety of “premium” alcohol. Also I liked that we did not have to wear bracelets for the all inclusive.

Quite standard all-inclusive. Looks well-kept in the lobby and the further you go into the property it’s in a dingy state of disrepair - broken dusty furniture and building areas - the main buffet (and food) area were particularly horrible.

Breakfast at the buffet and dinner at the restaurants was pretty good for an all inclusive resort, and the shows were fun to watch. My kids had a blast, they really enjoyed the kids pool and the water slides, plus the nice ladies at the kids club. My partner loved the deli/coffee bar, they had great coffee and baked sweets for a mid afternoon snack. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a great AC. The location was great, with restaurants across the street if you wanted a break from the resort.
The staff here were so kind and helpful--we love that the place is family-run and felt like an authentic and cozy spot. (The opposite of the oversized, generic all-inclusive resorts lining the beaches.) The view, on a hillside overlooking the sea, is UNBELIEVABLE--we watched humpback whales and sun and moonrises each day. The vibe is very relaxed. Honestly, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if we are lucky to make it back to this area!
Everything! They were very accommodating to our emergency needs as our flight was canceled. They let us stay a few hours after check out with our wrist bands so that we didn't have to spend unneeded time at the airport the next day. The staff also helped us get a ride back to the airport as my Uber account stopped working. Beautiful all inclusive resort. King size bed was a monster size if there's such a thing which was so awesome.
Great value for the money. More affordable that most other all inclusive resorts. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend spending the extra money for the Altitude rooms, makes all the difference with the premium alcohol and exclusive adult only rooftop with a view.
We went for 8 nights for our honeymoon. Great beachfront all-inclusive resort. Food is amazing. We loved Panchos which featured local Mexican food. Pizzeria by the pool has delicious pizza. Overall a great experience.
property is a little beat up, let’s just be upfront about it. staff are incredibly nice, place is so clean, food was above average for an all inclusive. activities were not the best, but at least it wasn’t that over-the-top hype-man annoying resort stuff.
