My child is an electric powered wheelchair user, and she had no issues getting around the property- Everything was very wheelchair accessible and the staff were very kind and helpful with anything she needed.
The bedrooms as standard have roll in showers, and access to the sink. The wheelchair accessible room had empty space access to the sink basin and a raised height toilet.
We were able to use the spa, and the treatments - massage and facial - were amazing, and the staff were so lovely.
It is a very well managed hotel, and the manager was able to sort any issues out very effectively, which is a huge credit to this Dreams resort.

The setting is spectacular. The room is extremely spacious (one of the largest we have ever stayed in). The design lends itself to privacy (which we really appreciate). The room was comfortable and well adorned. This resort should be one of the top resorts in the boutique category of all inclusives but it falls a bit short in attention to detail. Would recommend for a quiet couples location. The alto saxophone player on Friday night was talented and fun.
Kids activities were fantastic for our 5 and 8 year old boys. Foam pit, trampolines, adventure club, cinema, and zip line and waterslides and tons of other kids to play with! The pools were also great. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive resort! Plenty of healthy options too.

The resort is clean and well maintained. For an all inclusive resort, the food tastes good and there’s a pretty decent selections. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, good sized room. Good value for the money.
The staff was amazing! Food options at all inclusive resorts can be met, but the restaurants here were wonderful. The beach was clean and there were a ton of entertainment options daily.
Room was great for 3 people. First floor with hammocks outside, very private and quiet. Ability to use kitchen was a bonus as we could store mangos and rum there. Bikes available for guest use were old but great fun. Walkable to bars and restaurants along quiet road. Hotels further from town were less accessible. If you want a fancy all inclusive resort feel don't stay here- this place is chilled, friendly and feels a lot more authentic than others along this stretch of coast.
The resort was beautiful and maintained well. The food was really good for an all inclusive, the drinks were watered down so I’d suggest getting anything you want on the rocks. The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.
Location is very good, about 25 minutes’ walk from Puerto Morelos center along the beach. The beach is of very fine sand and swimming is ideal. The resort is very nice, upscale and well maintained. The rooms are large, it is recommended to take a sea view room with balcony. The food is excellent and was a big surprise for an all-inclusive resort where food very often is not more than average.
I am just back from 4 of the most amazing days. From start to finish this is an amazing resort. I have nothing negative to say. It was pure luxury and my first all inclusive stay.
