The room, pool, and facilities were excellent. The staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to any requests (laundry services, arranging tours, arranging transportation, towels, etc.). The cafe attached to hotel/resort was also excellent.
I have been going to this resort for 7 years. now that I am retiring I will be going there more frequently. The staff are the best I have ever experienced, and I have traveled worldwide
I have stayed at la Ventana beach resort every year for the past 3 years. we love the location and community here. it’s close to all the hot spots in town including baja joes. can’t argue with an ocean view!
You cannot beat the location of this resort. This gem is located right on the water and is a perfect place to sit, and have cocktail. The restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend dinner there.
The room (#7)was huge and well appointed, including a well equipped kitchen. Balcony with a view of the Malecon was lovely (but you do get the noise from the traffic). Grounds staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are lovely, tranquil and well tended, with water features and a nice pool. Feels a bit like an all-inclusive resort, in a good way :)
