The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to meet all your needs. Gabriel who is in the kitchen overheard my daughter saying that she wanted red velvet cake after they had run out, he went and got her some and brought it to her table without us having to ask. He made her day. They check often to see if you need anything, including more drinks. Please make sure to tip them, we saw that hardly anybody tip and they absolutely deserve it. Please tip, they work hard.

Loved that is was beachfront and everything was easily accessible. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. I loved that they had different restaurants onsite and even a taco truck!
A lot of families which i liked. The location was great, lots of good restaurants in the area. I did not do the all inclusive. The staff was very nice. I dont generally take the room service as im quite tidy and like to give them a break. I just ask them for what i need. Every day you got coffee and two bottles of water. There was a small fridge in room to keep cold drins in. No reason to spend time in room.
We first came to this hotel 30 years ago. Always loved that every room has an ocean view and hammock. Its a big hotel but love how it is nestled into the environment. For a big resort - it is not too overwhelming. The beach is fantastic but the waves are powerful and you need to be cautious.
Is a big resort is ok location nice view some of the food are good 👍 ok shows the ceviche at the pool was great 👍 👌 fish 🐟 onion lemon 🍋 habanero Chile was one of the most delicious 😋
This resort has all ocean view rooms that are large, very clean and an excellent private beach. The service is very good and the breakfast buffet was very good. We did not have all inclusive so did not eat lunch or dinner there.
